No I am not...and you could be right, it may not be that serious. My issue with your comment is that...Laws vary from state to state in the USA, so how can you give your legal viewings of a case compared to Spanish Country...a country that is nothing like the USA...

I dont see how viewing a case of someone filing for a restraining order from against Evans and see a company who does its billboards suing Evans and LIGATT does not seem serious. Based on the typos and the light defending of the company I'd almost say you were Evans..or paid by him....I just dont understand how you can honestly view this and not think it is serious unless you had inside information on this. IMO

On another note, I really hope you are right. I still have some shares I want to sell and dont need this company to go under bc Evans is in jail or the company files bankruptcy before then. lol
