In the 15 Nov filing by the Daic parties they are looking for a note of $350,000 a note of $900,000. $1 million note and a note for $61,250 plus interest and attorney fees. They dropped the prior claim for turnover relief in order for the court to keep the case in the 333rd District Court. So essentially they are asking for their payments as required in the 2008 agreement with interest and attorney fees and shares of the company that weren't issued.
