I don't think EVCC was ever called by Monk as an FLD short squeeze. As kezzek pointed out in his research on this point:


"He simply appropriated them for his FLD promotion and no one ever looked to see what he said about them on Monk's Den board, or what was posted on the respective stock boards, which was nothing about short positions."
