It's been a few years so my memory is fading but who made the change to Pamela as transfer agent? If the DTCC was told that she represented the company in that capacity then there's nothing for the DTCC to vet other than the change itself. Companies can act as their own transfer agent. Was the previous transfer agent notified of the change?
