While the lawsuit may have been settled as per one of the few posts by dd that contains information, the debt apparently is still outstanding -- its now $4.3 mm on the company's balance sheet. And I suspect the Platinum Funding Group people are very interested in getting their money back and cashing out the shares. It would make sense for them to follow every move of the company and be unflinching supporters. Hmmmmm.
