It has been Albany's stance during the 3 times I talked with them over the last month or so, that more than likely a BUD would not be granted . Williams said yesterday that with 26 years experience, last Wed it was his official recommendation that a Solid Waste permit be required.

It was always either a BUD or a SW permit were going to be the case. One or the other. It is the DECs policy to issue permits together when more than one is required.

Hopefully JBI has been preparing for this event and can perfect an application quickly as 8 weeks was the least amount of time Williams said it would take to process.
