Good points, but I don't see where you will get any significant news before 2011. That's just weeks away. What could they possibly report? They have no approval yet, and who knows the logistics on that. Wouldn't surprise me it it's next spring or summer. Their current products are not moving (11 caskets per month) and we don't know exactly how deep Matthews will go into this since personalized products have not found much interest in the marketplace.

As one poster stated, "Matthews might be just sending up a test balloon." That's a good way of putting it, as I am sure Matthews can walk away from the LOU if not satisfied.
