Not sure if you remember the original talk about a split that took place here over a year ago. It would be suicide for a company to reverse split a stock without revenues.

I am not saying a reverse split is in the near future. first we need to uplist, get money on the books and as the CEO put it "buy an operating plant that will immediately add revenue to the company"

All in due time.... I think LLEG will look and trade like a different company in the next 1 - 2 years.
