pretty interesting that the DEC would be proffering commercial production prognostications for a public entity. frankly, i find it a tad incredulous.

could you furnish us with a contact, so we may verify that?

certainly i can see them [possibly] giving out some info as to the status of a particular permit. but, my feeling is that is where it would end.

i'm confident they have zero knowledge, and less than zero input about JBII's commercial production schedule.

Permit and full scale commercial production imminent based on my conservations with the DEC this week.
