I have no idea why it took the FDA so long to make the NSE decision. In my mind, this is a very easy decision to make for the FDA early on, actually at any time. At day 203 I think its a CMA move by the FDA.

You are correct on the IDE. Imaging 3 asked for the IDE. The FDA granted the IDE. This is not the FDA asking for clinical data. IMGG asked for the IDE and it was granted on merit of the application. I think many here miss this point.

I agree PMA is not a death sentence, maybe its time to find a JV partner if IMGG is pushed that direction? Only the CEO can make that decision. Im sure there is much more going on behind the scenes than shareholders have any idea about. Honestly, Dean has been to Transparent with shareholders IMO.

What I do know is Dean has had many opportunities to sell his personal shares at a large profit"not company" but personal shares!

He has not sold a single personal share to date. Even at todays closing price he could retire and never look back. Although many at this board accuse Dean of this on a weekly basis. Just not true.

I’m sure Dean has considered all avenues at the current time. I plan to wait and see what our hired advisors can do. I have researched our firm and they appear to be in the who’s who of Washington DC. I'm willing to wait and see.
