would be nice if they gave us some news on what is happening with the Capital division

Sure would be nice, considering it was pretty much promised and expected how many months ago? Right now, even if Capital is released/launched/in working order.... What strength will it maintain? Good for a MOMO pump then the dump? Till some revenue is produced.....? WHAT?

Right now there are 63.6 million (newly) authorized shares left to maintain a working company. Between loans and stock (per Q3) - 65.9 K in cash w/60k left. At todays price the remaining amount of A/S are worth 102K. Compare that to 06/21/10: 259,877,807 outstanding w/288,000,000 A/S... 2-3 Q's till the "new savior" Capital divison makes some hard earnings or whats next??
Sorry, but the last report doesnt show me a cushion I can count on in this economy. We have watched as the company admittedly relied upon the "Realtime" division for providing operating/provisional capital towards the "Trader" divison, for naught.

Was it the economy? Was it the program? Was it both?

Reality, there is no need for a new brokerage firm on/in todays market. 2004 maybe? Today, I'm not seeing it. If I were in the loop, I'd do everything I could to take the Co. private by end of 2011 mid 2012. By that time it just might be close to CFBE (with the right actions) and who needs a bunch of whining message board investors to read about??? Id drop the "TECH" label and become a true "High Net Worth" brokerage firm.

Ya never know, maybe that is the plan?

Either way, the tech side has been shelved twice now and the investors are still patiently waiting on the new brokerage division for creating a stabile PPS...
