I appreciate your DD efforts---and you are correct in your display of Paremnt's background---

And his background baggage is probably why he has no control or position that could bring a reaction to SNEY---He is merely "tagging" along and allowed to save some face as IR and the advisory board---

He probably has a very large position of shares and it would be difficult to shut him out---

I do not see him as a threat to the success of SNEY.
