Well,, I read the rest of your Link and the License Letter---and it says in the first sentence that permission for GOLD has been given---( Holy Cow, Batman,, Gold is no longer considered a mineral---just ask Admiral.

WOW!!!!! A permit,,,, somewhere???? Yeah,, but you have no link for that blockbuster of information---ain't that a surprsie.
Whew!!!! I can see why you don't want to post any more links---the last one you just posted was a screamer----giving SNEY license to explore for GOLD--- says so in the first sentence of the Letter of permission.
