Yep. I can't imagine a settlement with TMobile or ANY of the other carriers that Calypso is talking with now that would not include an initial payment of at least the $150m or so that we need to get the Daic party monkeys off our back. Once the money is in hand, it will open up a whole new set of tactics and motions to pursue in the State case. imo The ace in the hole will be the money in escrow...just in case. I say DELAY the state case as long as possible as we make deals with some on that long list of patent infringers.
