Why were you so quick to deny the connection to Platinum Funding? -- I was able to confirm from the court filings this is indeed the Platinum Funding Group that sued Bergamo, Herzog, Parekh et al in NYS Supreme Court in June 2008 for unpaid debt. Feel free to double check this, but it is factual. Hmmmmmm.
