To answer you quickly, A reverse split will increase our per share price. We need this because a lot of microcap/small cap institutions will not touch any stock under a certain price point.

Let’s say the number is $1 - So if we get to .10 a reverse split of 1:10 will bring us to the 1$ mark so they can buy us.

Plus - there are earning improvements since the market only looks at 2 digits. Example if we earn .012 cents, it gets reported as .01 cents per share. Now after the split the .12 will be reported and looks like an increase.
