One has to ask the hard questions... why in vest millions in a floundering company in BKK with 5mil. in debts ,not reporting , no sales and 15m in losses , w/ lawsuits up the ying yang..

They like and trust the players?
The Product is sooooo great and is flying off the shelves?



I asked this question years ago when this all started.

I do not know anything... just wonder what I would do in CS shoes with this deal to my best advantage...

A. pay all the debts in full and keep all current management and policy.. ?

B. shell game a bit and take home all the marbles with a small circle of friends , just like YA was trying to do.

Maybe he's just a nice guy and wants just to help the team.
