The CEO seems to be a man of his word, I think 200 million tradable shares for the public is low. On the other hand this makes this stock even more bullish, we'll be able to jump very high with good volumes. The team's potential plus the potential of ATPT as a company and the beautifull deals they made will pay of.
I'd be gad to hear your opinion about this :)
