Well he did listen to the shareholders; the followinh news release proves this, and was in contact with us thru this. He made a call and it did not go the way he thought it would. I held my shares thru this. So I will say I will stay with his company as a Shareholder. I for one can say I trust.

In the recent shareholder survey, 47.1% were in support of the original corporate action.
