Hammer .... how much Liquid Gold is in storage is totally
irrelevant and of no benefit to anyone.
And the quantity that is there, is more valuable
as a testimonial, (legitimate sample), re the product quality.

IE - Assume there are 45,000 liters stored. Sell it and you
get about 8 grand. On the other hand ... a prospective buyer of
2,000,000 liters a month, ( small customer pal), wants
to see the product and take samples for his own lab.
If you, Hammer, had your way ... it would be sold and
there would be no significant quantity to show.
Point .... much more important to keep whatever quantity
is stored until the Air Permit is finished and infra-
structure is complete. JB wants to supply the customer
that will contract for 2 Million liters a week ... not that one
time buyer of a paltry 8 grand worth.
