Q3 hugely positive side. I hope my finding wasn't mention before and I believe I understand the report correctly.
On Q3 report. Please look at the section ( sheet number 15 )

Issuances of common stock,to settle debt:
The comp issued 11+M shares ( total cost: $11+K )
Additional paid in capital: $61+K They payed in cash much higher then was issued in shares to cover the debt
$61K >>>> $11K. It's huge !!!!!!!

For me, it means, the company's management has generated the cash not for enriching their own pockets. Eventually they have definitely been doing it to pay back the debt and ......
I'm so proud of CEO and directors and happy to be in.
