I guess you'll just have to hang around and wait for DEC to issue JBI an air permit like the rest of us.

Lets do a little math.

Full production rate is spec'd as 109 bbl /day. That is 109 x 42 = 4578 gals per day.

Wasn't there a thread about JBII completing a 5 day continuous run?

Hmmmmmm that would be 4578 x 5 = 22890 gals in that 5 day run.

Lets assume that it wasn't running at full capacity but at 1/2 since they were testing. That would be 11445 gals of fuel produced. That is just for the aforementioned 5 day continuous testing run. That does not include fuel produced during the stack test and all of the other testing runs.

So..... It would seem very likely that JBI has in fact produced 1000's of gals of fuel during the entire testing period.
