After seeing this I think a good question to ask is... How many other "Stan Larsons" are out there that actually fit the profile of someone that has a reason to purchase a shell company trading on the OTCQB? Also, after seeing your results from the search entries (listed below) you input. Do you think it is safe to assume that there aren't that many "Stan Larson"s or any other spelling or reworded format out there with filings known by the SEC (as far as Edgar goes back online anyways)?

After seeing your search results. I am led to believe that there are not a lot of Stan Larsons out there in regards to the SEC and business world. Considering that the results from your 3 searches were very similar. Except for the one that returned "EL CAPITAN PRECIOUS METAL" where it looks like a "Stanley Larson" only owns shares in the company.

From the search results you listed I am led to believe that there is a very good chance that we do in fact have the correct Stan Larson. Considering the lack of "Stan Larson"s out there that fit the profile for someone purchasing a shell company.
