If they can't get it out of the ground, it's worth no more than dirt. That is where your statement is 100% wrong. The man that holds lease of the ore, oil or gas in the ground sits on top of a bank. Its his call when he wants to and how he wants to cash it in. Some of us have neighbors that hold such leases. You know nothing about mining, fracking or punching a hole. So your comments on what is worthless in the ground is a lie.
