I think the company was going in ten directions, increased AS, and OS. Without a business plan in place. Then I think they grabbed a direction that was viable, and with huge future potential.

Thus the decision to do a buyback and correct some deficiencies from the past, such as dividends. I like what ROX is doing at this stage.
