I don't know the reason for the large increase of A/S but can only speculate that the co. increased these as a cushion for raising future Capital if and when needed.. Maybe they have plans to purchase other companies.. It is not uncommmon to see a company have a greater amount of A/S shares than I/O shares..Personally I am more interested in the I/O share amount which are shares already sold to and held by shareholders..The I/O shares are used to determine eps and not the A/S shares..
