She already has committed in black and white stating that the company believes that their equity is under valued and they are truly committed to the buy-back program for a very long time and until such time as the company's market value is reflective of it's true Book Value.. She also went on record saying that the company is preparing in the near term to establish and implement a "fixed price tender offer" with a premium offered over the current market price..
We have already seen that the buy-back program has began so we already now know that she backs up her words with action!!
