Don't know about the number of splits, but if they are 5:3, there could be several splits to achieve their goal. A lot also depends on revenue throughout the year, not just Q3.

My question is, "Where do they ever state their commitment or plan to prevent additional shares being issued in the future?" That is markedly absent, no??
