The day after the PR of her joining the stock jumped from the .006's to the .009's. Alot of investors saw this as positive news, now we find out it was nothing but a lie, no miss communication. This is bad news, sunergy just opened the door for lawsuits for knowingly giving out false information and that's the last thing a start up company needs.
