If they were being transparent in their reporting, why didn't they file an 8-K when they were enjoined in the legal action?

Were they trying to hide the litigation by only releasing the details when they filed their quarterly numbers?

These are legitimate questions and concerns.

Failure to have them answered will surely lead to an SEC inquiry and subsequent investigation.

At that point, I will surely kiss my investment away.

This sucks!!!!!!!!
