thats all you have? This is old news...some useless patent several years old not bringing any revenue. Where's the big exciting $24 billion merger? Yep, false...not even any merger at all in that 8K...how about that. All they are doing is spinning off their technology as a new entity. Nothing actually changed besides a name. May as well make headquarters at home so you don't have to battle traffic. They don't even have a website any more......weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
