Just got off the phone with scottrade and they said my order went through at 0.00059 and they rounded to up to 0.0006. They also claimed that level 2 only go to 4 decimal places, thus it shows 0.0005. This doesn't make any sense because the percent lost for today is taken away from 0.0005 not 0.00059...
