I am wondering what she meant when she said that: "The Co. is preparing in the very near term to establish and implant a (fixed price) TENDER OFFER, with a premium offered over the current market price".. Almost sounds like she is going to take the company private and buy out all remaining shareholders at a fixed price..What's your take on this?
