The Unit Subscription Agreement is 32 pages long.

The company is looking to raise 3 to 4 million dollars.

The share price is .75 Canadian.

Each share comes with 1/2 warrant, that has a strike price of $1.00c.

If I remember correctly, the warrants have a 3 year expiration.
