long enough to know I'm the last person to say 'I told you so'.

My line is and will always be, they deal the cards, play in the hand and name each bet and see every card before it's turned, all we can do is get lucky and guess right.

This is the exception.... we nailed this from the word 'go' after seeing someone post that they owned more than the o/s. So soon after the R/S and FOR DAYS ON END I was screaming from a rooftop. It is not often you'll find me not humble about something. It was good that the financial press found it so remarkable that it became their feature story last week. If you visit CMKX's proboards32 you'll see the ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT THREAD regarding Seantor Bennett's questioning of SEC Chairman Donaldson before the Senate Banking Committee 2 days ago. He read the entire letter in his questioning. I was humbled to think that maybe part of my screaming til I had no voice, and making constant calls to the T/A on this was one of the seeds that started this incredible testimony, and now INVESTOR FERVOR over this issue.

IT IS TRULY THE MOST INFULENCIAL AND GROUNDBREAKING EVENT WE HAVE WITNESSED UNCOVERING NAKED SHORT SELLING AND OTHER ABUSES.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE READ THIS THREAD AND IF YOU FEEL SO INCLINED TO WRITE TO SENATOR BENNETT OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE LISTED. AS YOU CAN SEE, MANY RESPOND. I AM SURE MANY MORE LIKE MYSELF WROTE TO HIM BUT DIDN'T POST ON THEIR BOARD SAYING THEY DID.

I'm not sure why proboards doesn't have that post pinned for at least a week. The issue is that important. It is not just a CMKX issue. It is an issue market wide as we see day in and day out. I would suggest not mentioning any one stock in your e-mail to any Senator or party listed, except if you have a specific example on any instance you had evidence that stock was manipulated.

When I swing and miss on one, I fess up. When one goes well I always hope others made out too and know the DD was good but was fortunate that the MM's allowed it to run. (Hopefully that will stop soon. Stocks shouls be able to move based on trades, not on a MM's whim). But I have to say on this one, 'Bo knew.'

Waiting for Mach's board to start. I thought I'd post here since I see some of the gang still checks in. I felt the proboards32 thread and the response we should be e-mailing to Senator Bennett and other were just too important not to post.
