You're right Bench. Even the simplest of site development projects takes about 6 months to do all the engineering and architectural design. Once you throw in a local planning commission and board of commissioners, a moderate development will likely take 12-18 months. Add the complexity of the design involved in re-modeling the paper mill, plus the multiple layers of governmental "fingers in the pot", I'd say we're OK at 3 years.

I've had my issues with management. I didn't like the way some of the things went down in August & how shareholders found out. At this point, that is what it is. For ANYBODY to be complaining about things right now doesn't make sense. My value is about 4x what my average buy-in price is. Not too shabby for a guy that about a year ago basically lost my house. I have been living off of small sells here and there this fall. I wish we were up over a penny so that I would be able to sell 100k at a time instead of 500k per month...oh well. I may still be able to get my 10s of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or if things go very well, my million. The God in heaven only knows.
