No doubt there is up front cost. What I'm saying about the pr doesn't make them liars. The up to $3 mill in shares means they will buy back a certian amount of shares in the future. If they can get all the shares they want at 500k or 1 mil insteade of 3 mil due to pps at the time of purchase then they will and on the way up I promise diff people well sale at diff prices allowing other investors in
