yesterday's drop was not due to dilution just some nervous unpatient nelly was selling and thats it

in the filing pre 14C as of October , 22 we had 2,3 billions shares outstanding and per last 10K we had 2,46 billions shares outstanding as of November , 17

so from October ,22 to November 17 there were only around 150 millions shares issued , not a billion or something like that a basher would want to hear


last run from .0007 to .005 happened November ,2 and at that point we had 2,3 billion shares
