Patchman I think there plan of buying back shares isn't w/borrowed $$ its over the next few wks to months as the share price moves up do to there findings so they might buy a few k here at .12 then a few k more at .20 then at .30. As they sale there findings is when they buy shares. So lets not jump the gun and call them liers based off of how much $ they have now
