AboveNet declares special dividend of $5

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.

A network equipment provider AboveNet Inc. said Tuesday that its board has declared a special one-time cash dividend of $5.

The dividend is payable Dec. 27 to shareholders of record on Dec 6.
