CXTI, don't know how much this board is concerned w/dissecting company histories in conjunction w this board's superb dissecting of company earnings, but CXTI is a damm interesting story, here's a part....

Terry G. Cook is a reverse/merger specialist that sponsored the China Expert/Leopard Capital R/M. Here's his snapshot.

Here's his new shell, CGRH, almost identical to Leopard Capital, prior to the CXTI merge.

now here's where it gets interesting, Mr. Cook took the Leopard shell from:

"560,362 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value, as of November 3, 2003"

http://secfilings.nasdaq.com/filingFrameset.asp?FileName=0001039726%2D03%2D000006%2Etxt&FilePath...

trading at .04 (late 2003) up to $7 prior to the merge w/China Expert on no more than 30k total volume. How did Mr. Cook do that?

(for complete detail use custom charting, 10/1/2003 to 2/27/2004)

Amazing! From a cap of 560k-shares trading @ $.04 to a cap of 22 mil.-shares trading at $1, just like magic! No wonder the China Expert group didn't want to remain private or take their company public thru traditional means, poof, $22,000-cap into $22,000,000-cap.
