I know everyone likes to discredit the importance of the FINRA short numbers, and possibly rightfully so since there is a large grey area and the regulations are not enforced in penny stocks. However, many were calling dilution and saying the short numbers would be minimal due to dilution. That is not the case, so at least with that amount of shorts we do know the massive dilution peeps were screaming about is not the case.
