A PR stating at up to what PPS the company is willing to repurchase shares and how much they are willing to spend would be a HUGE and I mean HUGE positive.If they are going to do this share buy back program and they are serious about building shareholder value then this would be the second step in the right direction.I hope they are all ears and listening to the market!
