Not according to the RSI the 7, 14 and 21 all show very neutral, along with the MFI, neither show oversold nor overbought. Yes the MACD did cross the signal line but NOT the money line, and it was a weak crossover at best. Take a look at the CMF and that ACCUM/DIST which shows massive more dilution. With such low volume the MACD will most likely cross back over the signal line. I will have to say there are some indicators on the chart looking better but by no means oversold. This info was from a 3 Month daily chart.
