What was our timeline(lease) on Rusty?

I'm thinking it's been at least a year, and if they hit what they needed on the first two drills,then it is best to save time and get your assays. That gives plenty of time to JV it, sell our interest.
Does the end of the year have anything to do with us getting the results from Rusty? I'm talking about Tax issues. Maybe something they would like to have on the books for 2010 instead of rolling into 2011. I know that our company works some issues, so we have the best Tax favors, our way.
So many things that could be going on and we will have to wait and see.
I think we may see the Press Release blitz, one after another. Just too many projects with hanging info.
