Dear Current or Recent Investors,

After consulting numerous public market professionals, we planned to reduce our outstanding shares to increase the value of remaining shares. Based upon emails received and the market’s reaction, it has become apparent that investor sentiment is divided and the market unfairly reflected our fundamentals.
