The date we should be concerned about is the 90 day stay sometime around dec 22.
If an agreement is settled with t-mobile then Clyw, Daic, and the shareholders will win... There will be plenty of dollars for everyone since this will set a precedent for all other infingers out there.
Even if the state case were to be transferred, which of course was denied twice by judge, the court date would still be beyond the 90 day stay.
Hard to know what t-mobile is thinking. It's all speculation as to how the state case affects their position.
Unless somebody knows what's going on with negotiations, how can you determine which way this stick will go?
The stock will move astronomically if a deal is made with t-mobile even if the state case isn't resolved.
