I have an email from Victoria Duff dated April 10, 2010. It was a response to my inquiry. In the email she states two things:

1). "...it is always better to stay 'patent pending' because as soon as you release your patent everyone gets to see it and copy it!"

2). "There are many reasons for the delay in the Michael Jackson app and we believe the delay will result in very good news."

Given the sparcity of press releases and departure of Ms. Duff, it is quite impossible to know if her statements are relevant anymore. How long a delay was she referring to?
