Thank you bacc but I want it known that I've been schooled by Enterprising Investor on this...I simply passed on what I learned from him and put it in a language that I'm glad to say made sense to you.

What has happened, and is happening, with PCBC should be in a guide on examples in Event Driven Investments ...because this is a classic. For those who don't know a big part of what made this somewhat predictable is Mr. Ford himself. One of the most impressive things about EI is his uncanny knowledge of who the players are in this and I am sure he'd say that played a major role in his prognostications.

I'm grateful to be a part of PCBC's future because Mr. Ford didn't have to allow small retail investors like us in. He could of easily bought the whole thing and kept us out. He's a fair minded honest guy who made his fortune the right way and feels others should have a chance to go along for the ride. He and guys like Warren Buffett were cut from the same cloth.

We need more guys like them imo. They give Free Market Capitalism a good name.
