Please! The PR says only that they received a commitment, not any money. In fact, the PR says that the form of the commitment hasn't even been determined yet. As with all penny stock PRS, what isn't said is far more important than what is said.

All in all, i judge it to be one of the phoniest PRs ever. I wonder if Arella really thinks people will swallow all this pablum he is dishing out?
